This acceptable use policy is applicable to the LEADCAMP platform and related services (hereinafter 'LEADCAMP' ). LEADCAMP is a solution designed and provided by Cardify, a limited liability company ("besloten vennootschap") incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered office at BE-9000 Ghent, Ottergemsesteenweg-Zuid 808/ B 143 with VAT/company number BE-0722.675.140 (hereinafter 'CARDIFY' ). The customer of CARDIFY (hereinafter the 'Customer' ) and its End-Users (i.e. both the administrator and the users of LEADCAMP) acknowledge that this acceptable use policy (hereinafter the 'Policy' ) shall apply in full to them and guarantee its obligations shall be respected.
CARDIFY may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version in LEADCAMP and notifying the Customer and the End-Users thereof, whereby CARDIFY will indicate the revision date at the top of the first page of this Policy. By accessing LEADCAMP after receiving the notification, the Customer and the End-Users agree to the latest version of this Policy.

The End-Users are fully responsible for (non-limited):
Each End-User shall have a designated account. No End-User shall allow any other party, or share with any party, access to LEADCAMP through its own account.
End-Users shall apply all reasonable techniques, practices and/or technology (e.g. use of strong passwords that are regularly changed) to prevent unauthorized access to their personal account for LEADCAMP by any other users or any third party. In case other users or third parties have access to (the personal data in) LEADCAMP, the End-Users are liable for the transactions which occur as a result of the use made of LEADCAMP by the other users or third parties. CARDIFY therefore strongly advises the End-Users -if the they observe that someone has accessed their account- to immediately employ all means to stop the misuses (e.g. by changing their password) and contact CARDIFY.
End-Users may not use LEADCAMP to email, transmit, distribute, or store material in a manner that CARDIFY believes:

End-Users are solely responsible for exercising supervision and control over their accounts, the data, as well as the compliance of other users or third parties with this policy and other procedures and policies (e.g. the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Policy and Terms of Service of Cardify).
If an End-User becomes aware of any violation of this Policy, CARDIFY should be immediately notified via the helpdesk or via legal@leadcamp.io. The End-User should subsequently provide CARDIFY with assistance to stop or remedy the violation.
CARDIFY reserves the right to monitor and enforce, but does not assume any obligation or responsibility whatsoever in respect of:

CARDIFY may immediately remove any content in LEADCAMP which is contrary to this Policy and suspend the access of the Customer and its End-Users to LEADCAMP and or terminate the subscription of the Customer for cause (in accordance with Cardify’s Terms of Service), if a Customer or one of its End-Users both (i) breaches this Policy, and (ii) does not respond to CARDIFY in a reasonable period after being contacted about a potential breach of this Policy.
